Full Moon Yoga & Sounds In The Woods
Wednesday 18th September 6-8pm at Deer Wood
Join Emily and Helen for an evening to set full moon intentions, unwind with yoga, meditation and sound healing held in the peaceful surroundings of Deer Wood.
On the success of our last collaboration in July we are thrilled to host this evening of yoga & sounds on the Harvest Full Moon - which will also be a supermoon! Join us to nourish your mind, body, and soul with practices that restore balance and cultivate peace in stunning woodland surroundings.
What to expect…
Meet at the entrance to Deer Wood 10-15 minutes before the start time to park and take a gentle walk through the trees to the wellbeing shelter.
Emily will guide you into an intentional breathing practice to settle into the space before leading a gentle yoga flow with the soothing sounds of Helen’s instruments.
Reconnect to your body with gentle yet profound yoga and somatic practices to relieve tension, and heighten awareness. These movement practises are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yoga practitioners.
To close the session Emily will guide you into a restorative yoga nidra practise (lying down meditation!) supported by the healing frequencies of Helen’s sound meditation.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to our start time of 6pm to allow time to park.
Bring a yoga mat, warm layers, water, a blanket and any props you like to use to support you in your yoga practise such as blocks, cushions & bolsters.
