Melting Myo Yin: Friday Unwind Workshop

Release tension, realign your energy, and feel more present in your body. By working with the fascia, we tap into our interconnectedness and create space for inner transformation. Get cosy and unravel any sensations of stress.
This heated workshop blends Myofascial Release Techniques (using massage balls on deep tissues and energy meridians), yin yoga postures, and intuitive movement to help you unwind. We’ll focus on releasing tension along the back of the body from the hips up to the shoulders, typical areas where we hold stress. You’ll be supported to move, feel, and release in a way that suits your body.
You'll leave feeling relaxed and restored, with a rejuvenating yoga nidra meditation to replenish your energy reserves.
