Focusing on rest restores balance in body, heart, and mind. In this workshop, you'll explore the amazing fascia and deep tissues of the body to release tension, realign energy, and initiate healing. By working with fascia, we not only address physical tightness but also create space for emotional and energetic shifts. This practice reconnects you with your body and reignites a sense of interconnectedness that supports holistic wellbeing.

Unwind with a blend of targeted acupressure massage and the deep, supported stretches of yin yoga, where you have the freedom to listen to your body.

In this workshop, we’ll focus on releasing tension from the chest, upper back, and shoulders that often hold tension. You’ll be guided to release, move, and unwind at your own pace, helping you let go of tightness.

We’ll close with a restorative yoga nidra meditation to leave you feeling fully rested and recharged.
