I’m a yoga facilitator, holistic massage therapist & surfer bringing a down to earth, embodied approach to sharing yogic practices, inviting you to move through life connected to yourself, those around you and the rhythms of nature. I am here to offer you space to feel, sense and find what you need in the moment, however and wherever you are.
