Unwind and restore balance in body, heart, and mind. In this workshop, we’ll alleviate pockets of physical tension and mobilise energy to initiate self healing through Myofascial Release Techniques, yin yoga, intuitive movement and yoga nidra.

In this workshop, we’ll dive into the magic that is our fascia and deep tissues of the body to encourage a sense of ease and facilitate recovery. By working with fascia, we not only address physical restriction but also create space for emotional and energetic shifts. This practice reconnects you with your body and inspires a sense of interconnectedness within yourself and the world around you.
Unwind with a blend of targeted massage and supported stretches of yin yoga, where you have the freedom to listen to your body. You’ll be guided to release, move, and unfurl at your own pace, helping you to take whatever it’s you need to feel held.
We’ll close the session with a restorative yoga nidra meditation to leave you feeling fully rested and recharged.
