Meet Emily and Helen for an evening to set full moon intentions, unwind with restorative yoga, yoga nidra meditation and sound healing held in the peaceful surroundings of Deer Wood.
September’s full moon is the full moon closest to the equinox and so we call it a Harvest Moon. This year, it is also a Supermoon, making it appear brighter than your average full moon!
Join us at Deer Wood on the Buck Full Moon where we will set intentions that mobilise stagnation and release old patterns. Restore balance and cultivate a sense of peaceful calm in these incredible woodland surroundings.
