In this workshop, we’ll alleviate pockets of tension around the chest, upper back and shoulders, re-align your energy, and ignite self healing—physically, emotionally, and energetically through Myofascial Release Techniques, yin yoga, intuitive movement and yoga nidra. Reconnect with your body and really let go of unconscious gripping.
